About me
Luce Beaulieu is a somatic educator, VITA™ coach, and founder of The Midlife Temple, devoted to guiding women through the powerful initiation of midlife. Her work bridges nervous system science, trauma-informed somatics, and tantric philosophy to support women in reclaiming pleasure, vitality, and embodied authority after decades of conditioning and burnout.
Through workshops, coaching, and immersive experiences, Luce teaches women how to reconnect with their sensual life force and cultivate what she calls erotic sovereignty — the capacity to live, lead, and create from a deeply embodied relationship with pleasure, truth, and inner power.
