About me
Dia is a ritualist and bodyworker whose spiritual path began in childhood through mysticism and progressive religious education in a Unitarian Universalist congregation in the United States. She spent many years studying Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh with Surinder Singh and Ashish Sharma, and Vipassana meditation in the Goenka and Sayagyi U Ba Khin lineage. Her training in Thai massage in Northern Thailand led her into plant medicine and neo-tantric practice, where she explores altered states, ritual, and embodiment. She is now reconnecting with ancestral and Goddess traditions of Southern Italy and mystic Judaism. She is certified in Trauma-Informed Sex Therapy and offers 1:1 bodywork and group rituals of connection and meditative dance.
