To connect our heart with our sexuality, we must cross the bridge of the solar plexus, the place of power, identity, and emotion. However, the belly holds stagnant emotions, unprocessed traumas, body-shame, and wounds that we carry around for years. The simple practice of belly worship, that is, loving, reverent attention to another's soft centre, can unfurl these aches and feelings, allowing them to live, swell, and be released. In this guided, partnered practice we will be honouring all that the belly holds.
