This experiential workshop is designed for men who want to explore how sexual performance pressure can shape intimacy, desire, and connection to the body. Many men have been taught to approach sexuality through expectation, self monitoring, and outcome rather than presence, authenticity, and embodied awareness. Through guided reflection, somatic practices, and body based exercises, participants will explore how shame, anxiety, and pressure can pull them out of connection with themselves. The workshop offers space to better understand the mind body dynamics of sexual performance and reconnect with a more grounded sexual presence. It is an invitation to move away from pressure and toward greater self trust, embodiment, and authentic intimate connection.
