To connect our heart with our sexuality, we must cross the bridge of the solar plexus, the place of power, identity, and emotion. However, the belly holds stagnant emotions, unprocessed traumas, body-shame, and wounds that we carry around for years. The simple practice of belly worship, that is, loving, reverent attention to another's soft centre, can unfurl these aches and feelings, allowing them to live, swell, and be released. Please come with your partner, or someone you already have established safety and connection with. I can say with confidence that every woman somewhere within, desires to have her womb held with presence, care and honour; without goal. In this time-space, a softening like no other can happen. Without words, there is a somatic conversation between the holder and the held that has the possibility of melting generations of pain held between her hips.
