Rope reveals what is already present in the body. The moment the feel of the rope meets the nervous system, patterns of surrender, control and resistance surface. In this experiential lab, participants explore how containment, pacing, and explicit agreements create trust rather than coercion. Through guided rope practice, participants learn how sovereignty and surrender can coexist without collapse.

What if the very things you’ve hidden in the shadow could become the keys that set you free? In this brave, playful, and powerfully held experiment, we enter a deep permission field and a tightly woven container of consent and safety. Here you are invited to explore those shameful, embarrassing, or forbidden sexual fantasies you’ve never dared speak aloud, let alone share. Through guided exercises, tender witnessing, and sacred mischief, we turn the lens of shame into a portal of liberation. With radical honesty, curiosity, and the surprising aliveness that blooms when we stop running from our own desires, explore what could happen when shame finally gets to breathe… and be met with love.

To connect our heart with our sexuality, we must cross the bridge of the solar plexus, the place of power, identity, and emotion. However, the belly holds stagnant emotions, unprocessed traumas, body-shame, and wounds that we carry around for years. The simple practice of belly worship, that is, loving, reverent attention to another's soft centre, can unfurl these aches and feelings, allowing them to live, swell, and be released. In this guided, partnered practice we will be honouring all that the belly holds.

A sensual tantric deepening into the sacred current of love where the body becomes the living temple of Shiva and Shakti. Through breath, movement, and kundalini practices, you can awaken the life force that flows between Shiva and Shakti in the eternal dance of presence and creation. Lovemaking is explored as a sacred energetic transmission that begins within the self and expands into energy connection with others.

What if the most radical act of sovereignty is allowing yourself to be truly met? This fully immersive, embodied journey for couples and partners, is an invitation to drop beneath the surface of your connection and discover what becomes possible when two sovereign beings truly meet. So much of modern intimacy is conducted from the neck up: negotiated, performed, managed. This experience is an antidote. Through Tibetan Five Elements Tantra and nervous system attunement, partners are guided into intimacy that is not “had” but fully inhabited.

Come stand before the True Mirror and meet yourself without inversion or distortion; not the reversed stranger of everyday glass, but the living face the world has always seen. Here, left is left, right is right, and the eyes looking back are your own, unflipped and undivided.

At first the encounter can feel startling. A lifetime of mirrored habit may make you seem unfamiliar, even slightly askew. Stay. Breathe. Meet your own gaze. What often unfolds is something deeper: expression that does not collapse, light that remains in the eyes, a presence that feels whole. Many describe it as recognition of the self that has been here all along, undistorted, unreversed, finally visible.
