Open the doors to your inner temple in this embodied Qigong class centred on movements for the Heart - the seat of the Fire Element and the Emperor archetype in Daoist medicine. Together, we will awaken & attune to our own sovereign energy. We will practice cultivating clarity, radiance, and self-honouring presence, flowing from grounded Earth to heart-centered expansion and back again - nourishing ourselves while establishing clear boundaries.

Learn foundational tools to support your capacity for presence; deepen your exploration of what Yes & No feel like in your body; and learn how to dance with your Truth in connection with others. This workshop aims to give you a blueprint with which to navigate your full festival experience.

Somewhere along the way, parts of us were taken: our power called too much, our pleasure called selfish, our voice softened until it disappeared. Yet, what we could not safely feel or express did not vanish, it went inward, becoming stuck energy quietly keeping us small and exiled from our own fullness. The blocks to our pleasure, power, and sovereignty are not cognitive, they are somatic, and they can only be reached through the body. Unbind yourself in this Five Elements somatic journey where breath, movement, sound, and elemental alchemy, bring us back to our divine essence that has been intact all along.

Sovereignty is revealed when intimacy intensifies. The moment someone steps closer, when attraction, silence, or difference stirs, the nervous system reacts before thought does. This workshop trains your capacity to remain steady in those moments without collapsing, controlling, or withdrawing. Through breathwork and guided relational practice, participants strengthen embodied steadiness so connection can deepen without self-loss.

A men-only journey where you can experience new ways of relating. This experience will invite you to heal years of broken trust and emotional distance and tap into the power of collaboration between brothers that can help all men rise as lovers and stewards of the Earth.

When two sovereign people meet, polarity becomes clearer and more charged. Attraction, difference, and emotional heat surface quickly. This co-led experience explores how to remain rooted in your own truth while staying connected to a partner under tension. Through modeling and structured relational practice, participants experience how sovereignty strengthens polarity rather than destabilizing it.

Tantra teaches us to work with polarity, most commonly the polarity of The Masculine (Shiva) and the Feminine (Shakti). Yet in the infinite dance of the cosmos, there are countless polarities at play. Explore an expanded world of polarities through a guided series of activations such as daddy/child, caregiver/receiver, worshipper/deity, ogre/nymph. Discover the fun of polarized play through a queer lens.
