Open the doors to your inner temple in this embodied Qigong class centred on movements for the Heart - the seat of the Fire Element and the Emperor archetype in Daoist medicine. Together, we will awaken & attune to our own sovereign energy. We will practice cultivating clarity, radiance, and self-honouring presence, flowing from grounded Earth to heart-centered expansion and back again - nourishing ourselves while establishing clear boundaries.

This morning activation is designed to ground and anchor the masculine force for the entire festival — a foundation the rest of the weekend can stand on. We gather as the solar energy is rising to do our inner work. We share truths, shed our density into the fire and hold space for each other to express what's needed. From there, we drop into the body. Primal movement and somatic activation will wake the warrior energetics that live under the surface — the protector instinct, the fire that guards what is sacred. Come create unity amongst the brotherhood, awaken the masculine power within and create a protective field for the entire festival to feel held and safe in.
